HEALTH-11127 - USA (Richmond, Virginia) - Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services - Deadline November 30,2026

Vendor needs to provide outpatient substance use disorder treatment services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA. – The services shall adhere to Evidence Based Practices (EBP), Attachment I, and shall incorporate cognitive behavioral strategies to facilitate positive change.– The Provider shall utilize interventions that challenge cognitive distortions and maladaptive behaviors, attend to gender specific issues, identify behavioral triggers of relapse, promote rehearsal of pro–social behaviors and emphasize positive reinforcement for appropriate behavior. – The Contractor shall provide one or more of the specific programs listed under each type of corresponding intervention. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining training in the specific programs offered and will offer the program with consistent fidelity to the applicable model.– The Contractor shall provide one (1) session, not less than 60 minutes designed for further comprehensive substance abuse evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development.– The Contractor shall provide a minimum of one (1) session per week with a minimum of one and one–half (1 ½) hours per session.– The recommended group size shall be determined by the curriculum utilized.– The Contractor shall provide a minimum of nine(9) hours of intervention per week to the supervisee including process groups and individual counseling as deemed clinically appropriate.
