(1) Vendor needs to provide student activities and fundraising services include the implementation, management, and support of fundraising campaigns for student organizations, campuses, and district program to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.– Provide a secure online fundraising and donation system.– Process and track donations and fundraising transactions.– Safeguard all funds collected through appropriate fraud prevention, accounting controls, and financial oversight.– Manage payment processing, chargebacks, refunds, and transaction reporting.– Provide district, campus, and user support, including training and customer service.– Maintain accurate records and reporting capabilities for fundraising activities and collected funds.– Offer any applicable incentive or reward programs associated with fundraising campaigns.– Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, SAISD policies, and contract requirements.– Maintain required insurance, security, and financial protections throughout the contract term.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
