(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Bolivia, NC. – Services will include professional engineering, design and project management. – Identify, evaluate, document, and provide preliminary construction cost estimates for the identification and correction of deficiencies.– Generate a report based on preliminary engineering to identify the deficiencies and to discuss their recommendations for repair or replacement. – Prepare design drawings, details, and technical specifications adequate to apply for and receive all necessary permits and encroachments.– Provide base mapping of the necessary areas for the route for the new force main inclusive of all aboveground and underground features.– Perform geotechnical evaluation at necessary intervals to support a complete and thorough design.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
