(1) Vendor needs to provide video management system to the government authority located in Louisville, KY.• Transitioning our existing hardware backend to an Infrastructure–as–a–Service (IaaS) model while retaining our current Video Management System (VMS).• Adopting a comparable, alternative VMS paired with a modern infrastructure solution (cloud or on premises) designed to significantly reduce ongoing camera licensing costs.• Capacity, Performance, & Scalability: How the provided infrastructure will seamlessly support our current 4,000–camera load, stream the required 6,000+ simultaneous live views without latency or buffering, maintain 30–day retention minimums, and guarantee support for a 25% annual growth rate in deployments and data storage• Service Terms: Provide conceptual pricing structures and lifecycle management approaches for both 5–year and 7–year service terms.• Hardware Management: Delineate the division of responsibility regarding hardware maintenance, drive failures, firmware updates, and hardware refreshes during the 5 or 7–year terms.• Network & Bandwidth: Architectural requirements for the IaaS to integrate optimally with our central data center, edge locations, and the end–user workstations pulling live streams.• Access Control Integration: Technical details on how the proposed VMS integrates seamlessly with Gallagher Access Control to maintain our current capability of linking door events with synchronous video footage.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
