(1) Vendor needs to provide medical examinations services to the government authority located in Harrisburg, PA. – Provide pre–employment and annual physical examinations for the agency to determine whether the applicant or employee is able to perform the essential job functions of an agent position. • Perform pre–employment medical examinations and medical tests, as well as annual physicals, for applicants and employees.• The examinations and tests must be performed at the agency’s offices or facilities. • Prepare a report after each pre–employment medical examination or annual physical.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
