(1) Vendor needs to provide website and webpage services for rain barrel sale and distribution– Provide a website or webpage for pre–sale of the rain barrels, management of sales, Resident pre–qualification process, delivery to event site and adequate staffing for unloading and staging of rain barrels.– Be responsible for all Resident communication prior to and during event.– vendor will create an online rain barrel promotional; sales and distribution website/webpage designed specifically for residents.– Website/Webpage shall include and provide:– Pre–sale of rain barrels including e–commerce purchasing ability to accept checks and credit cards.– List rain barrel event date, time, pick–up location, cost, limit one (1) rain barrel per household and purchase deadline.– Maintain webpage with current event information.– Provide templates and photographs for advertise and promote rain barrel sale events.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
