(1) Vendor needs to provide child abuse and neglect medical examinations and assessments services to the government authority located in Goshen, NY. – Perform examinations and assessments of children who are alleged to be victims of physical abuse, sexual abuse and/or neglect on behalf of the agency• Perform comprehensive medical assessments and examinations of children under the age of eighteen who are alleged to be victims of physical abuse, sexual abuse, or caregiver neglect as requested by agency.• Prepare patient records, obtain medical consents from parents or legal guardians, arrange for specimen storage and pick–up, and schedule appointments for emergency and non–emergency evaluations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
