Learning & Development and Organizational Development Services

The County of Orange, Department Name (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for Description of Services . Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein. This RFP has two Disciplines: (1) Learning & Development Services (design, develop and facilitate courses); and, (2) Organizational Development Services (onboarding and transition coaching, executive coaching, organizational development consultation, and intervention facilitation).
