Decarbonization Package 1

Project Description: SPR is requesting Proposals from qualified general contractors to provide General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) services for Decarbonization Package One, which is a bundled project that includes preconstruction services and construction of decarbonizing existing fossil fuel using equipment, improving general energy performance, and electrifying five SPR facilities, in order to transform the facilities' energy profiles. The project will utilize the GC/CM contracting procedure defined in RCW 39.10. MACC Estimate: $7,500,000 Project Location: Decarbonization Package One is a bundled project that includes five Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) facilities: four Community Centers (CCs) and one Maintenance Crew Headquarters (MCHQ).
