RFQ for On-Call General Construction Services 2027-2030 The City of Oakland (City) seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from licensed contractors interested in providing on-call general construction services for capital improvements to its facilities within the City’s right-of-way and/or in backyard/side-yard easements. SOQs must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in this document. The City will establish a pool of pre-qualified contractors possessing various licenses. The license types sought by this RFQ include, but may not be limited to: A, B, and all (C) Specialty Contractors.
