Vendor needs to provide audio–visual upgrade services to the government authority located in Syracuse, NY.• Preclinical Lab 1311 and associated lab/support areas (AV–101, AV–201, AV–301, AV–305).• Office and open office areas, including conference/meeting spaces in the 1200/1268 series rooms (AV–201, AV–305).• Provide J–hook cable support systems above accessible ceilings; J–hook fill not to exceed 70% and unsupported spans not to exceed 48“. Cables shall not rest on pipes, ducts, or other equipment.• Classroom front and rear displays (e.g., 72“ and 86“ displays) and ceiling–mounted confidencemonitors as shown on AV–102 and AV–201.• Office and open office displays (e.g., 75“ wall–mounted displays with Crestron video conferencing soundbars and HDMI/USB–C input plates) per AV–201.• Field coordination of mounting heights, orientation, and placement with lighting, HVAC diffusers, sprinkler heads, and architectural drawings.
