(1) Vendor needs to provide educator preparation and accreditation solution to support assessment, educator preparation, clinical and field experiences, licensure progress, and accreditation reporting.– Comprehensive data–management system that integrates with its student information system (SIS), learning management system (LMS), and authentication environment.– The solution must provide an integrated platform specifically designed to support educator preparation programs.– The solution must support multiple educator preparation programs, certification areas, cohorts, and program requirements.– The solution must support electronic applications and configurable application review/admission workflows.– The solution must support configurable candidate progression requirements, milestones, and checkpoints.– The solution must allow administrators to track candidate completion of program requirements and identify outstanding requirements.– The solution must provide reporting and analytics across candidate, program, assessment, field experience, placement, and licensure data.– The solution must support reporting by program, course, term, candidate, assessment, outcome, standard, sub–standard, and other configurable attributes.– The solution must support longitudinal analysis of candidate assessment results.
