NET-17346 - USA (Lubbock, Texas) - E-Rate Wireless Access Point Refresh Service - Deadline November 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide E–rate wireless access point refresh service to the government authority located in Lubbock, TX.• Minimum Wireless Requirements– IEEE 802.11be (Wi–Fi 7) capability and applicable prior wireless standards.– Tri–band operation utilizing 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz spectrum where applicable.– Access point shall support 4x4 antennas on tri–band (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz).– Wi–Fi 7 Multi–Link Operation (MLO).– Multigigabit Ethernet connectivity appropriate for the proposed AP.– Centralized cloud–based configuration and management.– Wireless solution shall have built–in AI–powered wireless/RF optimization.– Dedicated wireless scanning/security capabilities without materially affecting client–serving radios.– Rogue access point detection, wireless intrusion detection, alerting, and applicable containment capabilities.– Centralized firmware management with scheduled or staged firmware deployment.– Wireless solution shall provide an option in the UI to perform a staggered access points upgrade to minimize the impact on the client's connectivity during the upgrades.– Client connectivity, health, and performance analytics.– Wireless solution shall store client information such as connection stats, usage up to 30 days.– Wireless solution shall offer AI–based assurance providing issue detection, evidence–based root cause analysis, and suggestions.– Wireless solution shall provide insights into the cause of the poor radio performance.– Wireless solution shall provide Live Data (uplink traffic, current clients, RADIUS/VLAN status, channel utilization, mesh neighbors.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.
