(1) Vendor needs to provide shared micromobility services to the government authority located in Eugene, OR.– Providers for micromobility devices, capital and equipment, and software for deployment in the Eugene–Springfield area.– A locally branded, single–operator system with a portion of the bike share fleet electrified.– The potential to add other micromobility form factors (devices) in the future.– Eventual system fare integration with LTD.– Mobility Cloud is the contracted equipment and software provider.– Local control over branding, operations, pricing, data ownership, and marketing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
