(1) Vendor needs to provide medicaid and private insurance consultation services. – Consultant with expertise in Medicaid and private insurance billing expertise to support community behavioral health providers working.– A consultant with expertise in Medicaid and private insurance billing for school–based community partners. – Community–based service providers who provide behavioral health and related services and supports to students and their families.– To ensure long–term sustainability by maximizing Medicaid and private insurance reimbursement for community behavioral health providers working in or linked to public K–12 schools.– As such, this consultant will support Consortium–funded service provider grantees to help them implement and optimize fee–for–service billing.– The consultant will play a key role in achieving this by assisting Consortium–funded service providers in becoming an eligible provider entity for fee–for–service; implementing and optimizing billing practices; navigating reimbursement protocols for behavioral health services while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations; identifying and maximizing billable opportunities; and providing ongoing support to enhance operational efficiencies.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
