(1) Vendor needs to provide information system (SIS) software. – Student information system (SIS) software vendors regarding their product capabilities, architecture, licensing models, and implementation ecosystems. – SIS is maintained on a Cobol–based mainframe database that has hosted data integration and replication layers, developed web applications, and integrated vendor systems.– Develop a comprehensive business case and executive recommendation for the next phase of modernization.– Composability and integration capabilities, including open APIs and interoperability with existing systems such as Slate, Canvas, and uAchieve.– Al and automation capabilities, including predictive advising, digital assistants, and process automation.– Data conversion, migration, and legacy system retirement support.– Students, faculty, and administrative expectations require modern, mobile–first digital experiences.– Evaluate the SIS marketplace and vendor capabilities.– Reporting and analytics capabilities are constrained by siloed systems and inconsistent data.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
