(1) Vendor needs to provide managed security service provider services to the government authority located in Concord, NH.– Securing a managed security service provider (MSSP) that can deliver continuous expert cybersecurity monitoring, incident detection and response, and technical support for the network and ITS infrastructure.– 24/7 Monitoring and Incident Response: Provide continuous monitoring of the network with rapid detection, notification, and remediation of security incidents.– Operate across a diverse and evolving operational environment that includes both centralized data systems and a growing array of field–deployed devices such as dynamic message signs (DMS), closed–circuit television cameras (CCTV), radar sensors, weather stations, and traffic signal controllers.– Responsible for delivering comprehensive managed cybersecurity services including real–time network security monitoring, threat detection, network protection, incident response, and vulnerability assessments, and ongoing technical support and coordination.– Include identifying and addressing vulnerabilities, securing remote access to field equipment, monitoring system events for anomalies, and supporting incident response efforts in close coordination.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on August 7, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
