(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce development training services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.– Provide workforce training, technical assistance, contractor development, and participant support services under two related City initiatives.– Provide clean energy and resilience workforce training for forty (40) participants across four (4) cohorts of ten (10) participants each– Provide contractor development services for seventy–five (75) participants across five (5) cohorts of fifteen (15) participants each.– Life Skills Workshops covering financial literacy, employability, and communication(2) A virtual pre–proposal conference will be held on August 13, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
