(1) Vendor needs to provide physical therapy services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.– Provide Physical Therapy Services for residents of the facility.– Services to be Provided–Scheduling of services shall be between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.• The Physical Therapist shall provide a range of modalities including but not limited to: – Muscle flexibility range and motion, – Hot/cold packs, – Evaluations, – Sensory and strength development, – Manual therapy, modalities (ultrasound, e–stimulation, TENS unit), and – Gait and balance training. (2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
