Yuba County Property Demolition and Cleanup at 10050 La Porte Rd. - 901422

Yuba County is looking for professional services for structural demolition and property cleanup operations of residential structures that are deemed uninhabitable, or considered Public Nuisance, as stated by Yuba County Ordinance Code. This project covers two separate parcels: 050-150-001 and 050-150-002. Parcel -001 is addressed as 10026 La Porte Road and 10050 La Porte Road. This parcel is 0.634 acres in size, and improved with one (1) severely dilapidated single-wide mobile home and one (1) wood-framed accessory structure. Parcel -002 is addressed as 10056 La Porte Rd. This parcel is 0.400 acres in size, and improved with one (1) severely dilapidated single-wide mobile home. There is no fence to delineate the parcels, and each one is littered with copious amounts of junk, trash, debris, and inoperative vehicles. There are no water wells at either site, and the County has confirmed that North Yuba Water District service has been disconnected. There is a septic system located on each parcel.
