(1) Vendor needs to provide network support managed service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Ensure continuous availability, stability, and performance of network infrastructure.• Provide 24x7x365 proactive monitoring and rapid response to network incidents and outages.• Improve network reliability, scalability, and capacity planning to support current and future operational demands.• Strengthen network security controls and support compliance with applicable federal, district and industry stand.• Manage and support network security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and network.• Apply security patches, firmware updates, and critical vulnerability remediation in a timely and controlled manner.• Network monitoring and incident management reports.• Updated network topology diagrams and asset inventories.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
