(1) Vendor needs to provide crisis facility training integration service to the government authority located in Richmond, VA. – The training and technical assistance developed by the contractor will promote systemic consistency across place–based crisis care system.– Crisis direct care worker mindset and supervision.– Medical triage and evaluation of behavioral health customers. – Development of behavioral health programs.– Training and technical assistance may be provided.– Management of behavioral health crisis services.– Provide training and technical assistance.– Peer support and employee wellness.– Behavioral health training modalities. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–proposal conference will be held on September 10, 2026.
