EXTRA-78053 - USA (Seymour, Connecticut) - Commissioning Agent Services - Deadline November 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide commissioning agent services to the government authority located in Seymour, CT.• Provide the commissioning Services for and in connection with the design, construction, occupancy, and closeout of the Project.• First Phase – Conduct any environmental remediation for the New Building location that is required by applicable Connecticut law; sitework; and construction of the New Building, facilities, and grounds while the Existing Building continues to be used and occupied by the district• Demolition and removal of the Existing Building including any necessaryabatement and/or environmental remediation.• Sitework and construction of athletic fields and/or playground equipment on theformer location of the Existing Building, and landscaping.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
