STAFF-16927 - USA (Maryland) - IEP Meeting Facilitator and Trainer Services - Budget - Up to 50,000 USD - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide IEP meeting facilitator and trainer services to the government authority located in Maryland– Provide high quality training and ongoing monitoring and deployment of individualized education program (IEP)/Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) team meeting facilitators to support agency efforts to increase the early and alternative dispute resolution options available to families and local educational agencies (LEA), local Infants and Toddlers programs (LITP), and public agencies– Develop a four–hour training course for IEP/IFSP team meeting facilitators that covers relevant topics including meeting facilitation, deescalation and mediation strategies, and IDEA statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements and related requirements.– Conduct the training developed under this contract for all identified IEP/IFSP team facilitators.– Contact local mediation centers to solicit interest and identify volunteers to participate in training(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
