CLEANING-13196 - USA (St. Thomas, Virgin Islands) - Exterminating Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide exterminating services including the inspection, treatment, control, prevention, extermination, and removal of rodents, cockroaches, ants, termites, mosquitoes, flies, fleas, ticks, silverfish, spiders, bees, wasps, and any other crawling, flying, or biting insects or pests identified within or around the office to the government authority located in St. Thomas, VI.– The presence of rodents presents a significant public health concern through contamination of workspaces, damage to office equipment and infrastructure, and potential exposure to disease.– The Contractor shall provide an initial comprehensive inspection of the facility to identify rodent entry points, nesting locations, harbourage areas, sanitation concerns, and any structural deficiencies contributing to pest activity.
