(1) Vendor needs to provide security solutions to the government authority located in Beeville, TX.– Services may include consulting, design, planning, and related professional support for security systems and infrastructure, emphasizing current and emerging technologies.– Surveillance and Monitoring: Video monitoring systems, AI–enhanced analytics, ground sensors, intrusion detection, and integrated command and control solutions.– Access Control and Badging: Personnel and vehicle badging systems, credentialing, biometric options, and secure access management.– Risk Assessment and Planning: Security vulnerability assessments, master security planning, compliance and integration with overall airport operations.– System Integration and Technology: Design and specification of integrated security platforms using the latest technologies (including AI–enhanced analytics, ground sensors, video monitoring, and related tools) with demonstrated capability to support or interface with airport safety functions, such as wildlife hazard monitoring and management, while ensuring scalability, cybersecurity.– Construction administration and inspection support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
