(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign services using CivicPlus content management system.– Evaluate the existing site structure and content, identify outdated or redundant information, streamline navigation, and recommend the removal or consolidation of pages that no longer provide value to users.– Design and develop the new website within the CivicPlus environment and assist with the migration of approved content, as appropriate.– Robust search within website– A visually appealing and user–friendly design that aligns– The ability to integrate with external tools such as GIS tools (ArcGIS) and analytics tools (Monsido)– Social media integration– Strong mobile presence and functionality– Search engine optimization so that all meta, tag, and header information can be edited(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
