DRA-11006 - USA (Colorado) - Cross Connection Site Surveys Service - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cross connection site surveys service to the government authority located in Colorado. • Complete up to 300 Cross–Connection Site Surveys.• Document the survey with all the required information on a Water report form.• Coordinate and adhere to any appointment times with the customer.• Submit all survey report forms to Water on a weekly basis via e–mail.• Assist Water in completing all required ad hoc cross connection site surveys(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
