(1) Vendor needs to provide museum gallery design, fabrication, and installation services to the government authority located in Pembina, ND.– Exhibition design and development services:– Develop a comprehensive exhibition design for the agency museum cretaceous era gallery, including conceptual, schematic, design development, and final design phases.– Produce at least two (2) digital full–color concept renderings suitable for public presentation and internal review.– Provide elevations, floor plans, and working drawings for all exhibit components, including galleries, mounts, and interpretive elements.– Ensure all exhibit design components comply with requirements, applicable building codes, and museum best practices.– Exhibition content organization and interpretation:– Develop interpretive layouts and spatial organization based on themes, specimen placement, and provided content.– Exhibit fabrication and product coordination:– Produce fabrication drawings and specifications for all exhibit components.– Fabricate or subcontract fabrication of all exhibit elements, including structural components, display systems, interpretive furniture, graphic panels, and other exhibit components required for the completed exhibit.– Lighting design and environmental planning:– Develop a lighting plan that supports exhibit interpretation, visibility, and conservation requirements.– Installation planning and execution:– Develop a detailed installation plan, including sequencing, staging, and logistics.– Coordinate delivery, shipping, and installation of all exhibit components.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
