(1) Vendor needs to provide afterschool and summer enrichment program services to the government authority located in Chester, PA. – Provide high–quality afterschool and summer enrichment services for students in kindergarten through grade 12.– Program Design and Delivery:• Provide at least one clearly stated learning objective and, for comprehensive programs, at least two complementary enrichment areas.• Align academic activities with academic standards, district curriculum, school improvement priorities, and identified student needs.• Use evidence–based or research–informed practices suitable for out–of–school–time settings and explain the evidence supporting the design.– Staffing and Supervision:• Recruit, employ, compensate, train, supervise, and evaluate qualified personnel and approved subcontractors.• Maintain sufficient staffing and any district–required ratios. unless otherwise approved, plan for no more than 15 students per instructional adult.– Student Safety and Program Administration:• Follow District enrollment, attendance, dismissal, custody, supervision, incident reporting, health,emergency, and discipline procedures.• Immediately refer illness, injury, safety concerns, suspected abuse, bullying, harassment, threats, or other incidents to designated district staff and comply with mandated–reporting duties.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
