Facilitation & Logistics Services for AB 617 East Oakland Community Emissions Reduction Plan Implementation

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (“Air District”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide Brief Description of Services to support implementation of the East Oakland CERP by providing neutral facilitation, meeting logistics, translation and interpretation coordination, stipend administration, coordination support, and related administrative services for the CSC process. The work will occur collaboratively with Air District staff, Communities for Better Environment, CSC Co-Chairs, and other project partners to support transparent, accessible, community-centered implementation of CERP actions and strategies. Through this Request for Proposal, the Air District expects to enter into contract with one (1) firm. The anticipated duration of the contract will be for a period of up to five (5) years, with an anticipated budget of $420,000 for the first 18 months and a negotiable annual budget for the subsequent years based on the interested firm’s proposal. The Air District anticipates executing the contract for an initial term of approximately 18 months, with options to extend the contract for additional terms at the Air District’s sole discretion.
