(1) Vendor needs to provide digital media placement and traveller intelligence data agreement service. – Provide digital advertising, including capabilities in data analytics and audience targeting. – Digital advertising flights across the google display network, google paid search, and programmatic retargeting, a native website custom content plan and access to the datafy essential analytics dashboard.– Provide the placements to operate as part of an integrated campaign and attribution environment, publishing access, and the specified data visitor intelligence capabilities.– Plan, execute, optimize, and measure statewide tourism campaigns during the fall, spring, and summer travel seasons.– Provide an integrated solution that combines native website content placement, digital advertising delivery, and visitor intelligence analytics in a single measurement environment.– Solution must allow agency to connect campaign exposure and engagement with physical visitation, visitor origin, spending, destination traffic, and length–of–stay information for agency historic sites.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
