(1) Vendor needs to provide inclusive education model pilot service to the government authority located in Georgia. – Organizational Review• Review district policies, procedures, and structures related to inclusive education.• Evaluate alignment among general education, special education, multilingual learner programs, gifted education, and frameworks.• Assess staffing models, resource allocation, scheduling practices, and service delivery structures.– Data Analysis• Analyze student achievement, growth, graduation, attendance, discipline, and postsecondary readiness outcomes.• Review least restrictive environment (LRE) data and trends in student placement.• Examine outcomes for students with disabilities across grade levels and student groups.• Review existing district initiatives and programs related to inclusion.– Inclusive Education Model Pilot Design• Recommendations for district and school–level systems that improve academic, behavioral, social–emotional, and postsecondary outcomes for students with disabilities.• Alignment with structures and district strategic priorities.• A professional learning framework designed to build capacity among administrators, teachers, specialists, and support staff.• Recommendations for ongoing coaching, implementation support, and sustainability measures.• Evidence–based co–teaching models and implementation guidance.• Recommendations for collaborative planning structures.• Tools and resources to support effective instructional partnerships.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
