(1) Vendor needs to provide minivan and sedan services to the government authority located in Syracuse, NY.• Provide a Minivan vehicle for the following: Monday– Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with 1 hr flexible/floating break – 8 hours of work per day.• Provide a Sedan vehicle for each of the following:• Monday thru Friday (Operates on holidays as needed):– Monday– Friday 5:30 am to 2:30 pm with 1 hr flexible/floating break – 8 hours of work per day.– Monday– Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm with 1 hr flexible/floating break – 9 hours of work per day.– Monday– Friday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm with 1 hr flexible/floating break – 8 hours of work per day.• Saturday (does not operate on holidays): Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with 1 hr flexible/floating break – 8 hours of work.• Monday thru Sunday (Operates on holiday) – 7 days per week: On an as needed basis from 5:00am – 12:30am. If a run is needed, CAB will operate a minimum 3–hour shift of work.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2026.
