GIS-2015 - USA (Texas) - RFP 2026-050 - Regional Digital Ortho Imagery Acquisition and Impervious Surface Change Mapping Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide regional digital ortho imagery acquisition and impervious surface change mapping services.• Secure an agreement with a qualified aerial data provider to deliver high–resolution, 4–band digital ortho imagery and seamless countywide mosaics captured during the early 2027 winter leaf–off window. Included in this acquisition will be impervious surface changes for the City Limits AOI plus a half mile buffer.• Boundaries align seamlessly with City parcel fabric.• Acquire high–resolution digital Ortho imagery over the regional project area• Ortho imagery will support planning, public works, emergency services, tax appraisal, and engineering. Impervious surface data will support drainage fee calculations, code enforcement, and mapping analysis.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for seven years.
