(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources assessment services to the government authority located in Redmond, WA.– Conduct a comprehensive assessment to evaluate all Human Resources processes and policies, and decision–making governance.– Conduct a comprehensive assessment to evaluate all human resources processes and policies, decision making governance, including whether cross–functional HR issues have a clear escalation path, decision body and process, and defined resolution timelines.– Determine HRIS and Payroll system transition readiness, including governance structure, timeline realism, data migration approach, and record–retention planning.– Conduct interviews with human resource staff, finance payroll staff, key stakeholders citywide including staff that work or interact with the department on hiring, employee relations, benefits, or leave to understand what engagement with hr staff and how hr services affect trust, efficiency, and morale.– Map and document all core HR workflows, including two full end–to–end deep–dives: recruitment and hiring and timekeeping–to–payroll handoff.– Evaluate HR technology solutions to support recruitment, benefits, payroll and timekeeping, retirement administration, and customer service functions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
