(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Bakersfield, CA.– Responsible for all of the following:– Managing the full design team including all sub–consultants– Serving as the single point of contact and accountability – Coordinating design across all disciplines to ensure integration and consistency– Facilitating all agency and stakeholder presentations at each phase gate– Maintaining the project schedule and delivering each phase on time– Leading the City plan check and permit process through final approval– Maintaining project documentation sufficient for agency grant reporting and audit(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
