(1) Vendor needs to provide mail pickup services to the government authority located in San Jose, CA. – Provide daily mail pickup, processing, and delivery services to the agency for outgoing agency mail. • Mail pickup:– Provide daily pickup of outgoing agency mail.– Pick up mail at a mutually agreed–upon time.– Provide a vehicle and driver appropriate for the anticipated volume of mail.• Mail security and confidentiality:– Protect all agency mail from unauthorized access, loss, theft, damage, alteration, or disclosure.– Restrict access to agency mail to authorized contractor personnel.– Maintain appropriate physical and operational safeguards during pickup, transportation, processing, storage and delivery.• Mail preparation and delivery:– Applying agency–compliant barcodes.– Maintain quality–control procedures to minimize barcode errors and other processing errors.– Ensure that postage applied to agency mail.– Preparing mail for agency acceptance and delivery.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on October 21, 2026.
