ACCT-27201 - USA (Independence, Missouri) - Professional Auditing Services - Deadline December 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional auditing services to the government authority located in Independence, MO.• Review of basic financial statements, notes, and required supplementary information as currently included, or might be included at a future date, in the financial section of the annual comprehensive financial report and issue an auditor's report thereon.• Preparation of separate letters reporting the compliance with the covenants of the electric, sewer and water utility bonds.• Preparation of a letter reporting on the inter–fund allocation of general management and administrative costs.• Review of basic financial statements, notes, and required supplementary information as currently included, or might be included at a future date, in the financial section of the annual financial Report and issue an auditor's report thereon.• Preparation of a management letter which will include recommendations in such areas as revenue sources and collection, purchasing and payroll procedures, accounting and reporting systems, fixed asset inventory records, investment policies, overall financial condition, insurance coverage, debt administration and related subjects.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 25, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
