ESTATE-11986 - USA (Flemington, New Jersey) - Employee Benefits Consultancy and Brokerage Services - Deadline September 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits consultancy and brokerage services to the government authority located in Flemington, NJ.– This shall include and may not be limited to dental and vision care, FSA and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) plan.– The selected firm shall review the County’s collective bargaining agreements and be familiar with all aspects of the County’s obligations related to benefits;– The selected firm shall assist the County in the evaluation of alternatives to the existing dental and vision care plans, including evaluating claims/loss experience and providing advice and counsel related to market placement options.– The selected entity shall manage and assist with the transition of any insurance plans to a new vendor(s), including participating with employee meetings as needed and directed by the County.– The selected firm shall upon request review the County’s collective bargaining agreements and be familiar with all aspects of County’s obligations related to benefits;– The selected firm shall upon request assist the County in the evaluation of the use of an employer–funded Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).– The selected entity shall provide upon request regular reports related to the financial performance of the lines of coverage (i.e., loss history, etc.)– The firm must have access to benefits legal counsel that can provide legal, regulatory and compliance services.
