(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources services to the government authority located in Joliet, IL. – Human resources functions will be critical to workforce development, regulatory compliance, and organizational sustainability.– Payroll administration and recordkeeping advise on and implement systems and technology to support HR administration, payroll integration, benefits tracking, tax compliance, and compliance reporting.– Human resources services to the commission, including responsiveness, accessibility, communication strategies, and scalability as the Commission grows from no employees to an operational workforce.– Workforce planning and organizational development.– Employee training and performance management.– Recruitment, selection, and onboarding.– Compensation and benefits administration– Employee policies and compliance.– Employee relations support.– Risk management and safety coordination.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
