(1) Vendor needs to provide internet services to the government authority located in Buffalo, NY.                            – For sales and operations support services for a middle mile fiber optic network for use by county governments, companies, internet service providers, and other stakeholders on a municipally owned Open Access Network.– Access to high–speed broadband internet is a necessity for the County’s economy and quality of life.– High speed broadband internet is a prerequisite to educating our children; growing our economy; and providing a quality of life which attracts and retains citizens.• Increase access to high–speed fiber broadband internet for all residents of county.    • Increase competition and quality within the residential and commercial broadband industry.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
