(1) Vendor needs to provide custom printed circuit boards service to the government authority located in Madison, WI.1. Approximate board dimensions:  320mm H × 280mm W × 2.3mm T.2. 16 layer board.3. Blind vias on layers 1–8 and 11–16, built on EM–890K laminate material with MS glass.4. Heavy copper on layers 9 and 10, built on EM–370/EM–37B laminate material.5. Overall finish is immersion gold.6. Hard gold finish required along one edge.7. Controlled impedance routes on both outer layers and 5 inner layers.8. Mix of through–holes and plated–over holes.9. Back–drilled holes are present.10. Approximate hole counts:a. Plated thru 1–16:  6Kb. Non–plated thru 1–16:  150c. Plated blind 1–8:  4Kd. Plated blind 11–16:  2.5K11. Manufactured to IPC–6011 and IPC–6012 (class 2) except where noted.12. Full electrical netlist test for all boards13. TDR testing to validate impedance of all boards(2) The contract period will be for one year.
