Servicing of Parts Cleaning Tanks

COTA is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive servicing of parts cleaning equipment across its facilities, including furnishing, maintaining, and repairing parts washers and related systems. The work includes routine scheduled service such as cleaning units, replacing solvent, and ensuring all equipment remains in safe, efficient working condition, as well as performing additional repairs or services as needed. A key component of this contract is the proper management of cleaning solvents and associated waste. The contractor will be responsible for the removal, transportation, and compliant disposal or recycling of used solvent, assuming full responsibility and liability upon pickup. All services must be performed in strict accordance with applicable federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations, with required documentation and reporting provided to COTA. This contract is intended to secure a reliable, safety-focused partner capable of delivering consistent service, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting COTA’s operational needs through high-quality equipment upkeep and responsible environmental practices.
