CSE-24019 - USA (Lexington, Kentucky) - Overnight Security Services - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide overnight security services to the government authority located in Lexington, KY.– Provide one (1) qualified, unarmed security officer each scheduled shift.– All park property, including barns, campgrounds, buildings, parking lots, event venues and perimeter areas.– Monitor for theft, vandalism, trespassing, suspicious activity, fire hazards and unsafe conditions.– Monitor and respond to fire and security alarm systems.– Respond to emergencies and immediately notify the mounted police or emergency responders.– Provide traffic control and parking assistance when requested.– Prepare daily activity logs and written incident reports before the end of each shift.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Site visit will be held on July 14, 2026.
