Description
The Sanford Airport Authority (Owner) requires a Design-Build Team (Respondent) to provide design and construction services for a new Maintenance Building on Owner property in Sanford, Florida in accordance with §287.055(9), Florida Statutes. When complete, the new building will be used for the daily operations of the Owner Maintenance Department. The objective of the RFQ is to identify and seek competitive qualifications from Respondents to provide services to design, permit and construct the new building in accordance with the design criteria package.
