(1) Vendor needs to provide professional consulting services to the government authority located in Lacrosse, FL.• The Agency is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms with demonstrated experience in the development, methodology, implementation, and administration of municipal fire services special assessments.• Provide professional services necessary to assist the Town in evaluating, developing, and implementing a legally compliant Fire Services Special Assessment. – Services may include, but are not limited to, review and analysis of fire service costs and property data; development of an appropriate assessment methodology; preparation of necessary supporting documentation; assistance with required resolutions, notices, and public hearings; development and preparation of the assessment roll; coordination with applicable governmental agencies; and other professional services necessary to facilitate implementation of the assessment.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
