(1) Vendor needs to provide travel meeting planner services to the government authority located in Carson, NV.– Provide comprehensive planning, procurement, contracting, financial management, and on–site execution services for the governor’s conference on tourism (GovCon) and rural roundup.– Comprehensive event planning, venue and vendor procurement, contract administration, budget management, payment processing, financial reconciliation, and on–site execution.– Scope also includes logistics, sourcing, contracting, and payment support for familiarization tours (FAMs), domestic missions, and Travel supported breakfasts and sponsored receptions.– Event design and logistics.– Speaker and sponsor management.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 26,2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
