(1) Vendor needs to provide building automation systems to the government authority located in Blackstone, VA. – Provide quarterly comprehensive preventative maintenance services, annual preventative maintenance services, on–call and emergency repair services, training, support, upgrade projects, conversions and modernization of schneider ecostruxture, schneider building automation systems, and performance assurance service support. – Scope includes all equipment related to the energy management system, including meters, valves, actuators and other connected components.• Preventative maintenance to include comprehensive preventative maintenance per facility, inspection for proper operation, cleaning all existing operating workstations, verification of network and wiring connections of the systems, perform system functionality check, fan coils, heat pump terminals from the central workstation.• System and software management to include a complete backup of all controllers, perform database diagnostic test on all controllers, check and report on controller power supplies, tighten all terminations and visually check board components, perform a system backup on electronic media• Preventative maintenance to include point–to–point check on each control device (excluding terminal units), calibrate each analog input and verify each analog output, confirm operation of each digital input and digital output.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) An optional virtual pre–bid meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.
