Public Records, Public Information Requests, and Transparency Compliance:• Legal advice related to the Washington Public Records Act;• Review of complex, high–volume, sensitive, or unusual public records requests;• Review and application of exemptions;• Redaction guidance;• Public records litigation risk assessment;• Public records dispute resolution and litigation support;• Development or review of public records templates, forms, and standard response language3. Employment, Labor, and HR Legal Services• Labor relations and collective bargaining support;• Union grievances, arbitration, and unfair labor practice matters;• Employee discipline, separation, and performance–related matters;• Workplace investigations;• Employment policies, procedures, and handbook review;• Recruitment, hiring, employment terms, and conditions of employment;• Employee accommodations and leave issues;• Wage and hour matters4. Landlord/Tenant and Housing Court Legal Services• Unlawful detainers;• Eviction actions;• Lease violation issues;• Tenant notices and related documentation;• Repayment agreements and tenant account disputes;• Reasonable accommodation or modification issues connected to tenancy enforcement;• Resident disputes5. Housing Operations, HUD Programs, and Affordable Housing Compliance• Housing Choice Voucher program matters;• Project–Based Voucher matters;• Moving to Work matters;• Section 8 program compliance6. Real Estate, Development, Finance, Construction, Procurement, and Land Use• Real estate acquisition and disposition;• Purchase and sale agreements;• Letters of intent;• Title and survey review;• Title objection letters and title insurance matters;• Easements, covenants, ground leases, and closing documents;• Land use, zoning, entitlements, permitting, and development approvals;• Environmental due diligence(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
